We will arrange a no obligation meeting with you to
find out more about you both, your likes, ideas and visions for your wedding.

We will offer unlimited support to you both via
phone, email and in person.

We will assist you with finding the right venue and
supply at least 3 options based upon your requirements, we will arrange
viewings and menu tastings if required and assist in the planning including
decoration, table planning and more.

We will assist you with finding the right
photographer.
·
We will assist you in finding the right place for
the ceremony and assist in the planning of readings, music, decoration and the
legal requirements.
·
Discuss wedding insurance.
·
We will assist with stationery planning, liaise
with the printers, send out invitations and collate RSVPs.
·
We will provide a complete guest list service.
·
We will liaise with your guests and send out
maps/directions, gift lists and book hotels.
·
We will manage supplier contacts ensuring they have
all the information they need and make payment schedules ie deposits/balances.

We will assist with cake ordering and set up.

We will assist with reception and ceremony,
decoration and theme, discounts, delivery schedules and timelines.

We will arrange hair and make up trials and

help take the pressure off enabling you to enjoy the last stages of your
wedding planning. We will liaise with all suppliers ensuring there are no last minute
problems and that nothing has been forgotten. Let us take the strain and help
finalise the last details of your special day.
On the Day
Co-ordination

Our on the day co-ordination packages offers the
bridal couple piece of mind on the day. We will take care of all the little
details for you including leasing with the suppliers on the run up to the big
day, helping your wedding guests with any problems and calming your nerves.
Our
on the day co-ordination starts on the morning of your wedding until the
cutting of the cake.

Venue Decoration

Our venue
decoration service offers the help that is needed on the day to ensure that
your venue is exactly as you imagined it. We will arrive at the venue in the
morning and spend 3 hours dressing and decorating including setting place
cards, table plan, lighting candles, top table decorating. We will also liaise
with suppliers including balloon decorators, florists etc
